Add CEA to register (override)

Use this if a teammate's CEA isn't in the data.gov.sg sync yet (newly issued / recently renewed). After adding, ask them to retry signup — the activation will succeed.
Defaults to 1 year from today.
If they use a working name, wrap it in parens — that's what shows everywhere in the app.

Match engine

Run match recompute across all active requirements × available listings. Normally runs daily via cron. A push notification fires for your top match after recompute.
